ARTS PDF Variform Lite is available for both Windows and Apple Macintosh systems.

Limitations of the evaluation version

The evaluation version is fully functional for 30 days after the date of first installation. However, a 'demo' watermark will be applied to every page edited with ARTS PDF Variform Lite during the trial period.

Windows system requirements

• Intel Pentium processor or equivalent.
• Any one of Windows Vista, Windows XP Home, Professional or Tablet PC Edition; Windows 2000 Professional (with Service Pack 2); Windows NT Workstation 4.0 (with Service Pack 6); Windows ME; Microsoft Windows 98 SE.
• Adobe^® Acrobat^® 5.05, 6 or 7. ARTS PDF Variform Lite is not compatible with XFA forms created in Adobe^® Designer.
• Need Acrobat 8 compatibility? ARTS PDF Variform Plus is already compatible with Acrobat 8. To upgrade your existing copy of Variform Lite, simply visit PDF Store and buy an upgrade for $150.

Macintosh system requirements

• PowerPC^® G3 processor or better.
• Mac OS X v.9.2 or higher.
• Adobe^® Acrobat^® 5.05 or 6.0. ARTS PDF Variform Lite is not compatible with XFA forms created in Adobe^® Designer.

General requirements

• Adobe^® PostScript (or compatible) Level 2 or PostScript 3 output device.
• 64MB of RAM (128MB recommended).
• 50MB of available hard-disk space.
• Monitor capable of 1024x768 display resolution.
